Where am I?

Psychotherapy and counselling in Lancaster, UK.

I offer therapy in a warm and friendly environment, one minute’s walk from Lancaster train station. There are many cosy cafes and a quiet garden, all within a minute’s walk, if you want a moment to reflect after your sessions.

The therapy room is in the Storey Institute, which is a lovely historic building with quiet and confidential rooms. The entrance for my service is discreet and is used for other services too - there is no indication that it is a therapy room (if that concerns you).

Additionally, I provide therapy at the Cornerstone (Sulyard street).

I also offer online video therapy, if you prefer the comfort of your own home or can't get to the office for psychotherapy and counselling in Lancaster.
